Video interview flow for candidate profiles

1. Create

Orythara sends candidate, role, profile, and optional webhookUrl to POST /api/v1/interviews.

2. Store

Persist the returned id, token, interviewUrl, and status against the Orythara video_interviews row.

3. Share

Display the link in the talent-pool Video Interviews tab and send it by email or direct copy.

4. Sync results

Use webhook events or poll transcript/report endpoints to update score, transcript, and completion state.
